Designed and equipped to a very high standard. This stunning new townhouse is well positioned to enjoy everything that the Silver Coast has to offer -Good beaches, great food, amazing sightseeing and numerous sporting facilities. Within walking distance, the village offers several shops and cafes.
-Spaciously laid out, the house boasts front and back patios and a large brick BBQ. The beautiful beach at Sao Martinho do Porto is only 5 minutes drive away while those at Foz do Arelho and Nazare are 15 minutes drive. Changeover day Saturday preferred, but flexible depending on flight times. We ask you vacate the property by 11am to allow it to be cleaned and ready for next guests arriving at 3pm.

-Washing machine and tumble dryer situated in garage. Access to the garage is from within the house itself.

-Large lounge with patio doors and fireplace.
-Two large sofas, one of which is a double sofa bed.The lounge comprises a TV with Freeview and DVD/CD player

-2 car garage situated under the house. Electric gate entry into condominium. Entry phone system. Large brick BBQ in rear patio. Patio furniture and sunloungers. 15m x 6m pool shared between nine houses.
Cleaning/towels/linen:
-Property cleaned and linen changed weekly with an interval clean for 2 week bookings. Towels and linen provided but not for beach use. Midweek cleaning available at an additional charge. The property has central heating.
