The wonderful sea breeze greets you every morning, enjoy long walks on the beach front and explore the neighbouring village.You can walk to the beach in about 2 minutes.Take your afternoon lunch in one of the many restaurants lining the beach or just chill out from all the sun with refreshments from one of the bars.The São Martinho Bay offers a variety of activities if that's your preference and you can book them through this very site too.New walking or running paths can be used to take full advantage of a calorie burning afternoon.Caldas da Rainha, the historically well known thermal city can be reached within a 15 minute drive and here you can shop in the daily fruit market where you'll find the best the region has to offer in terms of fresh produce.There are also hypermarkets in the area to stock up on daily provisions. São Martinho also has its very own daily fruit market.If golf is in your sights you can reach the internationally acclaimed five star golf course at Praia del Rey within 30 minutes by car. There are also many wonderful golden beaches at Peniche and various well known surfing spots in that area too, amongst them the very well known "Supertubos".Lisbon airport is only a 50 minute drive. Don't forget to visit the medieval castle of Obidos which is fast becoming known as the chocolate Mecca. Nazare is only 10 minutes away with excellent shopping and beaches.Alcobaça with its famous Monastery is only fifteen minutes away.Fatima with its Catholic basilica is about a 40 minute drive from São Martinho.Tours can be arranged to all these spots.Wine tours and various visits to neighbouring and historically fascinating towns and villages can also be booked directly through this site.Changeover day: Saturday; We would prefer a Saturday changeover day but we are flexible. Access is available from 4pm. Departures are required prior to noon.

Refundable Damage Deposit Pricing Notes
GBP£200,00 If mid-vacation cleaning services are required, this can be arranged at an additional cost of GBP£50,00 /- per visit. The cost of heating during winter visits or any other cold spells at other times of year, is charged GBP£20,00/- per day. Swim towels extra GBP£2,00 per towel per week. Please check at the time of booking.
  • • 30% Initial deposit payable by bank transfer 4 weeks prior to arrival. Then 70% is payable by bank transfer 4 weeks prior to arrival.
  • • A fully refundable breakage deposit of GBP£200,00 will apply to all bookings. This amount is payable, along with the final rental instalment, 4 weeks prior to arrival.
  • • The breakage deposit will be refunded within 10 working days after leaving the villa subject to any damage or breakage that occurs during your stay.
  • • If you are visiting from outside the European Union, then the breakage deposit should be paid in cash Euros on arrival. The caretaker will inspect the property and refund your deposit in cash Euros, on departure day, provided there is no damage or breakage at the property.
